It's Your Idea
AI agents · Ballarat & regional Victoria

One agent answers the enquiries you miss. The other does the jobs you never get to.

Front Desk talks to your customers when you cannot. Back Office works on the website itself, running the audits and applying the fixes that otherwise sit on a list until something breaks. Different jobs, different prices. Have either, or both.

Front Desk · faces your customers

The enquiry that arrives at ten past seven.

Most small businesses do not lose work in a sales meeting. They lose it on a Tuesday evening, when someone fills in the form, hears nothing until Thursday and rings the next mob instead. That is not a marketing problem. It is a response-time problem.

Front Desk is an assistant that has been given your information and pointed at that one job. Your services, your prices or ranges, where you travel, what you do not take on. It reads a real question and answers it the way you would, or it says it does not know and gets a person.

Back Office · faces your website

The list you never get to the bottom of.

Every site has one. Pages missing their descriptions. Broken internal links nobody noticed. A plugin two versions behind. Headings that drifted away from the rest of the site three redesigns ago. None of it urgent, all of it costing you a little.

Back Office is an agent with real access to the site we already look after, pointed at that list. It runs the audit, applies what is safe to apply and tells you what it did.

That access is the whole difference. Anyone can sell you a chat widget bolted onto the front of your website in an afternoon. An agent that can actually operate the thing needs the keys, and the keys come with somebody maintaining it.

Audits, then fixes

Not a PDF of problems. It runs the SEO audit and applies the fixes it is allowed to.

Consistency you stopped policing

Styles, tokens and headings kept in line with the rest of the site as pages get added.

Housekeeping

Internal links, plugin currency, the small hygiene that quietly rots on every site.

Anything destructive is proposed, not done. Deleting a product, changing an order status, bulk-editing content: you get told what it wants to do and you say yes. Reversible housekeeping runs on its own. What it can reach depends on what your site runs, so it gets checked before anything is quoted.

Talk it through

Prices in AUD, month to month, no lock-in. Back Office needs the access that comes with us looking after the site. Front Desk does not and can sit on a site hosted anywhere. If a fifteen minute conversation says you need neither, that is a fine outcome and it costs nothing.

How it gets built

Four steps, and the first one is not technical.

  1. Work out which one you need, if either A conversation about where the time actually goes. Sometimes the answer is that a better contact form fixes it and no agent is required. You get told that.
  2. Check what your site can reach Back Office can only do what your site exposes, and that varies. We look before we quote rather than promising a capability you do not have.
  3. Teach it, then test it Front Desk gets your real information and the awkward questions customers actually ask. Back Office gets run against a copy first, so you see its decisions before it touches anything live.
  4. Turn it on, and keep it current An agent nobody maintains confidently gives last year's price. That is what the monthly is for, and it is why there is not a version of this that is a one-off fee and goodbye.
Questions

The things people ask first.

Which one do I actually want?

If enquiries go unanswered outside business hours, Front Desk. If the site itself is drifting and the maintenance list never shrinks, Back Office. Plenty of businesses only need one, and it is usually obvious within a fifteen minute conversation.

Will it make things up?

It can. Every one of these can. Front Desk answers from your information rather than from whatever it absorbed off the internet, and is told to hand over when it does not know. Back Office works against the real data in your site rather than a guess. Anyone telling you the risk is zero is selling.

Can Back Office break my site?

Anything destructive is proposed rather than done, and it is run against a copy before it goes near the live site. Reversible housekeeping runs on its own, and you get a note of what changed.

Does my site have to be hosted with you?

For Back Office, in practice yes, because it needs the level of access that comes with looking after the site. Front Desk does not and can sit on a site hosted anywhere.

Where does my business information go?

You get told which provider is used, what is retained and whether it is used for training, in writing, before anything is set up. The five questions worth asking any vendor →

Do you only work with Ballarat businesses?

No. Based in Ballarat, working across regional Victoria and Australia-wide. Neither of these needs anyone on site.
