Izzy levels up: she doesn't just explain your reports — she builds your pages now

Izzy — happy to help.

If you use Insights, you already know Izzy — the friendly assistant who reads your marketing reports with you and answers questions in plain English instead of chart-speak. As of this month, she's picked up a second job: Izzy now works inside the Website Builder too, helping you add new pages and update your website just by asking.

From "what does this mean?" to "make it so"

Izzy started life answering questions about your numbers: "Why did traffic dip in March?" "Which page wins us the most enquiries?" That's still her home turf in Insights. But understanding your website and being able to change it were two different tools — until now.

Open any site in the Website Builder and Izzy is right there in the corner. Tell her what you want in the same plain English you'd use with a colleague:

"Add a new page for our winter service special — use the same style as the services page, and mention we're taking bookings for July."

She drafts the page — layout, headings, copy, the lot — using the sections and styling your site already uses, so it looks like your site, not a template with the labels swapped. You review it, nudge anything you don't love ("make the intro shorter", "swap those two sections"), and publish when you're happy.

What you can ask her to do

  • Add a new page — a service page, a landing page for a promotion, a team page — matched to your existing design.
  • Update what's already there — new opening hours, a price change, a rewritten "About us" that doesn't read like it was written at 11pm (even if it was).
  • Rework a section — turn a wall of text into tidy feature cards, tighten a headline, add a call-to-action where a page quietly dead-ends.
  • Freshen stale content — she'll flag copy that's aged badly ("Christmas trading hours" in July, anyone?) and draft the fix.

You stay the editor-in-chief

Izzy drafts; she doesn't freelance. Nothing goes live until you've looked at it and hit publish. Every change is a normal Website Builder edit — you can adjust it, undo it, or bin it entirely. Think of her as the fast pair of hands, not the decision-maker.

And because she's the same Izzy from Insights, she's not guessing at what matters. She knows what your reports say — which pages pull their weight and which don't — so her suggestions lean toward what's actually working for your business.

Why this matters if you run an agency

Those "can you just quickly change…" client emails are the death-by-a-thousand-cuts of agency life. Now the quick ones really are quick: ask Izzy, review, publish, reply "done" before the kettle's boiled. The Website Builder stays fully white-label, so the polished result carries your brand — as always, your clients log in to you.

Try her out

Izzy is included in the Website Builder — there's nothing extra to install or pay for. Open a site, look for the chat bubble, and ask for something small: a headline rewrite is a good first taste. If you're not on the Website Builder yet, your first site is free to build.
